Thank you for supporting Flora Deva Apothecary. Each product is handcrafted with care in small batches, and we strive to ship your order with the same intention and attention that we pour into our remedies.

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will arrive.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume seasons, restocks, or new collection launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Handcrafted, small-batch production means that occasional delays may occur if we are making fresh product. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight

  • Carrier rates

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Domestic Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect delivery.


Free Shipping

We currently offer:
Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (and SMS if subscribed).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, duties, and import taxes.

  • We have no control over international carrier delays or customs processing times.

  • Delivery may take 10–30 business days depending on destination.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional shipping fees for re-shipment

If you need to update an address, email hello@floradeva.com within 24 hours of placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

However, we want you to receive your order safely. If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged upon arrival

Please contact us at hello@floradeva.com within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will do our best to support you with a replacement or claim.


Preorders & Backordered Items

If an item is marked as preorder or restocking soon:

  • Your order will ship when all items are available.

  • You may request split shipping for an additional fee.


Local Pickup (Optional Section — remove if not offered)

If you offer this:
Local pickup in Santa Barbara is available by appointment.
You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.
