Thank you for supporting Flora Deva Apothecary. Each product is handcrafted with care in small batches, and we strive to ship your order with the same intention and attention that we pour into our remedies.
This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your items will arrive.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume seasons, restocks, or new collection launches, processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Handcrafted, small-batch production means that occasional delays may occur if we are making fresh product. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Free Shipping
We currently offer:

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (and SMS if subscribed).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.

Address Accuracy

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
However, we want you to receive your order safely. If your package is:

Damaged upon arrival

Preorders & Backordered Items
If an item is marked as preorder or restocking soon:

If you offer this:
Local pickup in Santa Barbara is available by appointment.
You’ll receive pickup instructions once your order is ready.
