Flora Deva Apothecary is a small-batch botanical apothecary rooted in Santa Barbara, California, exploring the relationship between plants, place, and human experience.
Our work begins with observation—a plant growing along the coast, a landscape, a season, a human need, or a lived encounter. From there, that relationship may take form as a botanical perfume, flower essence, herbal tea, tincture, salve, or another plant preparation.
Flora Deva perfumes are layered botanical compositions created with essential oils, resins, whole-plant tinctures, and flower essences—not fragrance alone. Many of the plants we work with are gathered, observed, or prepared here in the Santa Barbara region.
Our flower essences are made primarily from native and locally growing plants of the Santa Barbara region. Our teas and other preparations often begin in relationship with a particular place, climate, season, or lived experience.
Everything is handcrafted in small batches in Santa Barbara, California.
